HAPPILY BROKEN TEE

Happily Broken - a collaboration between Refuse to Conform and Rach Studio @RACHAELAUDREYCLARK - brings mosaic into motion: from tile to thread. Rach’s practice, rooted in textile and surface design and informed by her mosaic work exploring scars, imperfection and recovery, translates naturally into our ultra-heavy anxiety-relief hoodies. Her “Bird of Paradise” sensibility and tactile storytelling meet our mission to empower people to be their true selves and promote mental health awareness.

The front features a warm, slightly imperfect smiley - a symbol of resilience - while the back is layered with positive words, playfully scrambled to reflect the messy, beautiful work of healing. Each hoodie is designed to feel like a comforting, wearable safe space: heavy, soft, and made for grounding.

This collaboration channels community, craft and care - from art-for-wellbeing advocacy to wearable design that speaks to recovery and self-expression. Wear it as a reminder that being “broken” can also mean becoming whole.
