Please note that colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device settings. Product measurements are provided as a guide and may vary slightly.

All prices are shown in GBP (£), unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without notice. If an item has been listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full.
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance of that order. Your order is accepted once we have confirmed it and/or dispatched the goods.
5. Orders
When you place an order, you agree that all information you provide is accurate, complete and up to date. This includes your name, email address, billing address and shipping address.
Please check your order details carefully before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information being provided at checkout.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at refusetoconformclothing@gmail.com. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been packed or dispatched.
6. Payment
Payment must be made at the time of ordering using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Your payment information is processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.
7. Shipping and Delivery
All orders are shipped from the UK using Royal Mail.
UK parcels are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Worldwide parcels are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked.
Orders are shipped in batches once a week. Please check the banner at the top of the home page at the time of ordering to see the current shipping date, as this will show when your order is due to be posted.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, customs, incorrect address details, adverse weather, strikes, public holidays, or other events outside our control.
International orders may be subject to customs checks, import duties, taxes or fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
8. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Your statutory rights are not affected.
If you are a UK consumer buying online, you usually have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods after telling us you wish to cancel.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with any tags or packaging included where applicable.
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that do not reach us.
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can help.
Some items may not be eligible for return for hygiene or customisation reasons, unless they are faulty. This will be made clear on the relevant product page where applicable.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and checked.
9. Custom, Personalised or Made-to-Order Items
Custom, personalised or made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation or return unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Please check all details carefully before placing an order for a custom or personalised item.
10. Discount Codes and Promotions
Discount codes must be used at checkout and cannot usually be applied retrospectively after an order has been placed.
We reserve the right to amend, pause, cancel or refuse any promotion, discount code or offer at any time if we believe it is being misused or if there has been an error.
