How do I return/exchange an item?

All returns/exchanges will be granted no later than 14 days from when your order is received. All items returned must be in original condition. No refund will be given if the items are not in original condition or for any item exceeding the 14 day limit. Please note any refund given will be for the item only. SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

If you need to return or exchange an item, please email us stating your full name and order details to refusetoconformclothing@gmail.com using subject 'Return'. The customer is responsible for all return/exchange shipping charges. Please include a note in the parcel stating the new item you wish to exchange for. 

Items that are faulty require photographic evidence before a decision will be made by Refuse to Conform Clothing as to whether it is legible for a refund/exchange. Photos are to be sent to refusetoconformclothing@gmail.com using subject ‘Faulty’ within 14 days of receiving the item.


What service of shipping do you use?

All of our orders are shipped by Royal Mail from the UK. UK orders are sent First Class Signed For / Second Class Signed For and orders from Europe and the rest of the world are sent International Standard. For international orders, if you wish to pay extra for your parcel to be tracked, simply drop us an email before ordering and we will send you details.

 

How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?

Please allow 1-2 days handling time after you place your order for us to pack and post your order.

Once posted if you're UK based and choose First Class Signed at checkout Royal Mail aim to deliver next working day, including Saturdays. If you choose Second Class Signed, Royal Mail aim deliver within 2-3 working days.

If you're based in Europe Royal Mail aim to deliver in 3 to 5 working days.

For the rest of the world Royal Mail aim to deliver in 5 to 7 working days.

Please be aware that international orders can sometimes take up to one month to arrive.

 

Can my parcel be sent tracked and signed for if I'm based outside of the UK?

We only send International orders Tracked and Signed when your order is over £80 before postage costs.

Please be aware that orders sent to countries outside of Europe can take up to one month to arrive even using this service.

 

Will I be charged any import duties/taxes?

Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges please contact your local customs office.

 

I have entered the wrong delivery address, can I change it?

Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address when ordering as we are unable to change your delivery address once an order has been dispatched.

If you do realise your delivery address is wrong straight after you have ordered then email us at refusetoconformclothing@gmail.com and we should be able to change it in time for you. 

 

I haven't received a confirmation of my order?

Please note order confirmation emails can sometimes end up in junk/spam mail so please check here.
