Shipping policy

COVID19 Update:

All of our orders are shipped by Royal Mail from the UK and are hand packed in a clean and sanitized area. UK orders are sent First Class Signed For / Second Class Signed For and orders from Europe and the rest of the world are sent International Standard. For international orders, if you wish to pay extra for your parcel to be tracked, simply drop us an email before ordering and we will send you details on how to go about this.

Due to the pandemic please allow two weeks handling time after you place your order for us to pack and post your order. Please check the top banner of the website at the time you place your order for an idea of the date your order will be shipped.

Royal Mail are currently experiencing severe delays but once your order has been posted if you're UK based and choose First Class Signed at checkout Royal Mail aim to deliver next working day, including Saturdays. If you choose Second Class Signed, Royal Mail aim deliver within 2-3 working days. 

If you're based in Europe Royal Mail aim to deliver in 3 to 5 working days and for the rest of the wold Royal mail aim to deliver in 5 to 7 working days. Please be aware that international orders can sometimes take up to one month to arrive.
