Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from the UK using Royal Mail and are hand packed with care.

UK parcels are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Worldwide parcels are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked.

Orders are shipped in batches once a week. Please check the banner at the top of the home page at the time of ordering for the current shipping date, as this will show when your order is due to be posted.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your parcel’s progress.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims to deliver UK parcels on the next working day after dispatch, although this is not guaranteed.

Royal Mail International Tracked delivery times vary depending on the destination country. International orders may also be subject to customs checks, import duties, taxes, or delays, which are outside of our control.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are unable to take responsibility for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect address details.
