How do I return or exchange an item?
Email info@refusetoconformclothing.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your full name, order number and whether you would like a return or exchange.
Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return postage unless an item is faulty or incorrect. Please review our refund policy before returning anything.
Lucky Dip products cannot be exchanged because of a colour or design preference, as the surprise is part of the product. This does not affect your statutory rights.

What should I do if my item is faulty or incorrect?
Email us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the item. Use the subject line Faulty or Incorrect Item so we can help quickly.
When will my order be dispatched?
Most clothing is made to order. Orders are produced in weekly batches and are normally dispatched on Fridays. Your product page, order confirmation or store announcement will show any different lead time for pre-orders or limited drops.
If your order contains items with different dispatch dates, they will usually be sent together when the final item is ready.
Which delivery services do you use?
UK orders are normally sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24. International orders are normally sent using Royal Mail International Tracked. You will receive an email with tracking details when your parcel has been dispatched.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery estimates begin after dispatch, not from the date the order was placed. Royal Mail provides an estimated arrival date through the tracking link, but delays can occasionally occur.
International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. Please allow additional time during busy periods.
Will I pay import duties or taxes?
For US orders, tracked shipping starts from £24.99 for orders under £100, with customs charges included—nothing extra to pay on delivery. Shipping is £50 for orders from £100 to £199.99, £60 for orders from £200 to £299.99, and free for qualifying orders of £300 or more. Final shipping is confirmed at checkout. International shipping costs vary according to the order and address. Other international destinations may charge import duties or taxes, which are normally the recipient’s responsibility. Charges vary by country.
Can I change my delivery address?
Email us immediately with your order number and the correct address. We can usually amend it before dispatch, but an address cannot be changed once the parcel has entered the delivery network.
I have not received an order confirmation. What should I do?
Check your junk or spam folder first. If it is not there, email us with your name and the email address used at checkout so we can check the order.
