Embracing Individuality: The phrase "Refuse To Conform" highlights the importance of honouring one's unique mental health journey. It encourages individuals to reject societal pressures to appear "normal" and to embrace their experiences, whatever they may be.

Ongoing Healing Journey: "Closer To Healing" suggests that healing is a continuous process. It acknowledges that mental health journeys can be complex and non-linear, reminding individuals that progress can come in many forms and at different paces.
